Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 200 gms
Water 900 ml
Whole Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Crushed Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic cloves 3
Small onion (Shallots) 10
Jeera(Cummin) seeds 1.5 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder a pinch
Salt
Coriander Leaves to garnish
Method:
- Put all the ingredients to a pan and simmer in for 30 to 40 minutes (It u are using a cooker, Leave 4 to 5 whistle).
- Remove the scum that accumulates.
- Filter it and discard the solids.
- Chicken soup is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and season with pepper and salt as needed.
